When & How do I get the funds from my loan?
Funds are available as soon as your contract has been signed. We complete our application verification up to 6pm EST. Funds will be available the next day ( assuming it is a banking day ... Monday through Friday).

No, Cash max Inc. does not perform a hard credit check, but does verify information with several national databases, including Teletrack.

We accept vehicle title loan applications 24/7/365. Our Customer Service staff is available from 8 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday (EST), 10 am to 3 pm Saturday and 11 am - to 3 pm Sunday. We can only electronically fund loans to your checking/savings account on days (Monday-Friday) when your bank is open.
Loans received after 6:00 PM EST are processed the next day.
Do I need any additional collateral?
No, your vehicle is your collateral.
What happens if I default on a loan?
Cash max Inc. will work with you to ensure that you have every opportunity to pay off your obligation. If you are unable to meet your obligation and default on your loan, your vehicle will be repossessed and you will be subject to additional fees to cover repossession and administration.
Is it necessary to give my Social Security number?
Yes, Cash max Inc. does not perform a credit check, but we do search a national database of consumers who have a record of transactions with certain lenders.
How long does it take to get approved?
When your application has been submitted, the results will be available in 60 minutes in most cases. Once approved, you will be required to send in the supporting documentation to complete the loan process.
How long does it take to complete an application?
The average time to complete a first-time application is approximately 15 minutes. We recommend you have your driver's license and car title.

Does the car title have to be in my name?
Yes. The title to the vehicle must have you listed as the legal owner of the car you intend to use as collateral for the transaction. If there is anyone else listed on the title, they must be present as well to sign the contract.
